Baking soda

You will need-

- Baking soda- half cup


- A bowl of hot water

What you need to do-

- First take hot water in a big bowl and add half a cup of baking soda to it.


- Mix well until the baking soda is completely dissolved.


- Soak your feet in soda water for 15-20 minutes.


- You should do this at least once every day.

Baking soda is widely used for various treatments. It contains various anti-inflammatory ingredients that help relieve foot pain and inflammation.

Coconut oil


Ginger


You will need-

- Coconut oil – 2/3 tsp

What you need to do-

- Take two to three teaspoons of coconut oil in your hand.


- Now gently massage the painful area with your fingers.


- You can add a few drops of essential oil if you want.


- You can wear socks on your feet after oil massage, it will lock the oil in your feet.

You should do this every day when you have foot pain, especially before going to bed.

Coconut oil is a natural remedy for any foot pain. It contains medium-chain fatty acids which are anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and analgesic. Coconut oil not only treats foot pain but also keeps feet moisturized and infection-free by eliminating foot germs.

- Epsom salt- half cup


- 1 bowl of hot water

What you need to do-

- Take hot water in a large bowl and add half a cup of Epsom salt.


- Mix well till the salt dissolves.


- Soak your painful feet in salt water for 10-15 minutes.

You should apply it almost every day during the pain.

Epsom salt is also known as magnesium sulfate. The magnesium in Epsom salt is anti-inflammatory and is also widely used for muscle pain. It is very effective in curing foot pain.


Ginger

You will need-

- Ginger- 1-inch quantity


- Hot water - 1 cup


- Honey

What you need to do-

- Mix 1 inch of chopped ginger in 1 cup of boiling water.


- Now boil it well for 5-10 minutes.


- Now mix 1/2 teaspoon of honey in this ginger water and drink it hot.

You should drink this ginger tea thrice daily.

Another effective remedy for treating foot pain is ginger. It contains an enzyme called zingibain which is an excellent analgesic and anti-inflammatory. Ginger is a beneficial ingredient to cure your foot pain quickly.

You will need-

- Hot water bottle


- Ice bag

What you need to do-


Place a hot water bottle on the painful area for 5-10 minutes. Now remove the hot water bottle and place an ice bag in that place. Hold on to the painful area for about 10 minutes. Repeat this whole process 2/3 times.

This method should be followed regularly when you have pain.

Hot and cold compresses work very well to relieve pain. Hot compresses increase circulation and ice packs help relieve pain.
